At registration, your ticket will be scanned and you will be given a wristband and a program including a map of the tour route. The wristband is required for entry to the homes. Pre-ordered tour posters also can be picked up at registration.

Regular and VIP tickets are sold out. A limited number of sponsorships including tickets are still available.

ABOUT:

This self-guided walking tour will showcase stunning examples of mid-century modern architecture, landscaping and interior design. All ticket holders are required to check in at registration to receive a wristband and program that includes a map of the homes and gardens open during the tour.

Special Activities for 2024!

We are pleased to announce several new and returning activities in conjunction with the 2024 Hollin Hills House + Garden Tour:

• New! Shuttle Bus Service

  To ease traffic and create as safe an environment as possible, we’re partnering with Old Town Trolley to offer continuous shuttle bus service along the tour route throughout the day. Guests are invited to park in one of the designated shuttle parking lots marked in the program. Pickup and drop off locations along the route also are marked and are located near clusters of homes on the tour.

• Cars and coffee presented by old town festival of speed and style

  9-11 a.m. Hollin Hills Pool
  Start tour day off right with a show of vintage and exotic cars in the parking lot at the Hollin Hills pool. Coffee and pastries will be provided by Bread & Water bakery.

• Morning yoga presented by Jess Purtell Yoga

  9-10 a.m. Hollin Hills Pool
  Join us for this all-abilities yoga class on the grounds of the Hollin Hills pool. Bring your own mat!

• Artists and architects in residence

  A group of artists, architects and designers will be available at homes featuring their work at various times throughout the tour.
